Voila, on est la

June 1,2009 is a milestone in my life. It is the day we took over a school that my mother and I have been dreaming to put up since maybe more than 10 years now. It seems that i have been prepapring for this day all my life. And now i am seeing things come to pass.

For two weeks now, everybody in school has been very busy getting everything ready. The carpenters have finished painting the classroom and are now busy fixing the gate and painting the walls outside. Next step will be putting up the butterfly sanctuary and the garden.

Things are starting to take shape in school now. I can't wait for classes to start. I am eager to meet the children who will fill up this school with the sound of their laughter and never ending questions.
