Time flies so fast when we are having fun. This is how we feel in school. The days went by so fast that before we know it we are on our 4th week already! The children are learning to follow the ground rules and to work independently.
I feel that they are so overwhelmed with all the materials available to them that they are rushing from one material to another.

Everybody is busy working in the classroom.
In the next week or so, I plan to introduce the activities in the outdoor environment. Hopefully the butterfly sanctuary would be up and running by then.
Music Teacher
We are very happy to have Miss Lianne Sala , a very talented musician from the SALA Foundation, join our team to teach Music Appreciation to the children in school. They started their class last Tuesday by making their own musical instruments like guitar from shoe boxes, drums from ice cream containers and chopsticks,etc...
The children had a blast!

REUNION PEDAGOGIQUE June 27,2009
Three wonderful things happened last Saturday:
1. We finally got to MEET the PARENTS
2. We had PERFECT ATTENDANCE
3. We started and ended the meeting ON TIME
And in the Philippines .... that's nothing short of a miracle!
